Ningbo Taida Hezhong Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located at No. 286, Yinhe Road, Baiyanshan Economic Development Zone, Xiangshan County, Ningbo City, on the eastern coast of Zhejiang Province by the East China Sea. The company was founded in 2003, covering an area of 13,999 square meters, with a building area of 11,899 square meters.

Up to now, the company has reached a relatively high professional level in the industry. It specializes in producing high-strength bolts, nuts, studs and non-standard special fasteners that are resistant to high pressure, high and low temperatures and corrosion, conforming to national standards (GB), American standards (ASTM), international standards (ISO), Australian standards (AS), domestic industry standards as well as American Petroleum Institute standards API-20E, API-20F and Norwegian Petroleum Industry Technical Standard M650. It also has patented products such as the "Yisuolao" anti-loosening nuts that will never get loose and are applied in different working conditions (high-difficulty, high-vibration and high-frequency environments). In recent years, the company has been committed to developing coating technologies applied in various harsh environments and media to meet the anti-corrosion and acid-alkali resistance requirements of bolt fasteners, making them widely used in petroleum drilling and production equipment, petrochemical plants, pump valves and seals, petrochemical pipelines, containers, offshore platforms, oil well production and seawater injection and sewage pipelines, hydrogen energy electrolytic tanks, offshore wind power, land-based steel tower wind power and hybrid tower wind power, and other equipment fasteners in highly corrosive and harsh environments.

The main equipment includes: 4 heat treatment equipment such as an 80-meter-long multi-roller furnace, a continuous No. 6 mesh belt furnace and an induction furnace; a robot automatic hot forging bolt production line; 21 fully automatic thread rolling equipment; 3 multi-station cold heading machines; 9 chamfering and punching machines; 1 production line dedicated to wind power ground anchors; 3 turning-milling compound machines; 1 100-type peeling machine; 1 40-type peeling machine; 1 100-type straightening and polishing machine.

The testing equipment includes: 200-ton and 100-ton tensile testing machines, a fully automatic impact testing machine, an ultrasonic flaw detector, a magnetic particle flaw detector, an eddy current flaw detector, 3 hardness testing machines, a torque testing machine, a transverse vibration testing machine, a German Spectro desktop spectrometer, an American Niton handheld spectrometer, a projector, a metallographic analysis microscope and other advanced laboratory equipment and a dedicated sealed penetration chamber.

The designed annual production scale is 12,000 tons of bolts and nuts and 18,000 tons of thread rods and studs.
